We will start with a Doshic questionnaire. We will then discuss the 5 Great Elements (Mahabutas) followed by an overview the 3 Doshic mind-body principles that correlate to these. I will provide an overview of lifestyle recommendations for each dosha. And, if time allows, we will do a basic meditation and/or basic physical chair yoga exercise.
