The moon is not just a pretty light up in the night sky. It has immense power over the earth – right down to ruling the tides of the ocean. If the moon has such influence on the water of the sea just consider what it’s effect on the human body might be. In yoga this elegant flow of seven repeated postures linked by breath and movement is in honour of the moon.

In this book, St. Francis, helps to clarify and answer these fundamental questions through direct channel Cheri Harris. He chooses the most pressing issues we are facing today, both personally and socially, and examines and discusses each one. He shows us how our conditioning, upbringing and societal beliefs have influenced and distorted our thoughts and ideas. This deteriorating way of thinking has created negative patterns, destroyed our clarity on what is essential in our lives, and has caused us to strive for things that hurt rather than help us.

     Imagine yourself “contacted” by St. Francis of Assisi, then guided by him to write a book of his messages to the modern world. That’s what happened over 10 years ago to Cheri Harris, a down-to-earth woman whose life has been transformed by her intimate friendship with this great mystic as a channel for his teachings and truths. Join Cheri as she discusses this experience, her book and guides you through an opening of the heart visualization.

Free Fridays is a weekly series of classes, discussions and workshops covering a variety of topics. Each session is FREE and takes place at Inner Journey on Friday nights starting at 7.00p.

This ongoing class is a space where you have a chance to practice reading, ask questions, learn new spreads and techniques, meet others with an interest in Tarot. Bring your favourite reading deck. This is a drop in class. No preregistration necessary. Come to as many as you wish!
